Social Groups
Interest-based groups that foster meaningful connection, confidence, and a sense of belonging through shared experiences such as cooking, game nights, community outings, creative arts, adaptive fitness, discussion groups, and collaborative projects.
Life Skills Training (ADLs)
Individualized support for building everyday living skills, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, money management, laundry, community navigation, time management, organization, and household routines. Services are offered in both individual and small-group settings to promote confidence, independence, and meaningful participation in daily life.
Mindfulness Practice
Gentle, accessible practices that promote self-awareness, interoception, emotional regulation, and overall well-being through adaptive yoga, guided mindfulness, meditation, body scans, breathing exercises, affirmations, sensory regulation strategies, movement, and relaxation techniques.
Vocational Exploration
Interest-driven opportunities to explore careers, develop workplace skills, build confidence, and discover meaningful roles within the community based on each person's strengths and aspirations.
Individualized OT Services
Evidence-based occupational therapy rooted in a neurodiversity-affirming, DIRFloortime® approach. Services are personalized to each individual's strengths, interests, and goals, with a focus on strengthening daily living skills (ADLs), executive functioning, emotional regulation, sensory processing, and community participation.
